The owner of the homestead, Bizjak Vojko, left nothing to chance. Today’s image of the farm is the result of hard, planned work, honest and sincere business, and above all, respect for nature and love for the land and wine. He didn’t promise opera and ballet to his wife Patricia either, and even though she is sometimes angry, she is at least as skilled with a hoe in her hand as she is with a rolling pin, which she rarely lets go of. In the cozy kitchen, the family is therefore used to wonderful smells, the smell of home-made strudel leading the way.
Sons Jakob and Gregor never doubted that they wanted to continue the family tradition. By education, they are an agricultural technician and a graduate engineer in agronomy and horticulture, and despite occasional friction, they find a common point with their parents in their love of wine.
